- Women's Probiotic
- Prenatal Vitamin - highly recommend for any female of childbearing age, 16-40 years
- Vitamin D3 - highly recommend if you do not spend time in the sunshine with skin exposed
- Fish Oil - highly recommend if you do not consume fatty fish (salmon, herring, sardines, mackerel, trout) at least twice a week
Magnesium
- Epsom salts - add 2-4 cups to your bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. You can absorb magnesium via your hair-follicles.
- Magnesium Oil Spray - Spray twice on each forearm. You will likely feel a tingling sensation. This is normal. You may also spray in other sore muscle areas.
